Understand core concepts of inventory management, including its history, benefits, systems, and types of inventories.
Analyze demand and supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and legal considerations.
Apply inventory planning strategies, including business rules, consignment, and batch tracking methods.
Implement and sustain supply chain systems, covering execution, change management, performance metrics, and waste reduction techniques.
