- Analyze demand and supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and legal considerations.
- Apply inventory planning strategies, including business rules, consignment, and batch tracking methods.
- Implement and sustain supply chain systems, covering execution, change management, performance metrics, and waste reduction techniques.
