Please note that the cafeteria will be closed on any statutory holidays, during Christmas break and for any mandatory staff training.

Monday

  • Lunch Entrée – White wine and Mushroom Chicken Linguine
  • Soup – Cheddar Leek
  • Supper Entrée – Entrée-Fried Chicken w/ Mac and Cheese and vegetables.

Tuesday

  • Lunch Entrée – Sheppard’s Pie W/Dinner Roll.
  • Soup –  Southwestern Black Bean.
  • Supper Entrée – BBQ Pork chops w/Rice pilaf and vegetables.

Wednesday

  • Lunch Entrée – Orange Chicken on a bed of Rice.
  • Soup – Butternut Squash.
  • Supper Entrée – Beef Roast w/Mashed potatoes and vegetables.

Thursday

  • Lunch Entrée – Ham w/Perogies and Cabbage Rolls
  • Soup – White Bean and Potato soup.
  • Supper Entrée – BBQ Ribs w/ Fries and Gravy.

Friday

  • Lunch Entrée – French onion Beef dip.
  • Soup – Hamburger Macaroni.
  • Supper – Off the Grill.
