UCN is transitioning to a new software system to better serve our students and staff. 

What does this mean for you?

For a short transitionary period, staff and students have two different systems available. You will need to access the old system if you are trying to do something associated with the 2025 academic year or earlier.

If you are a student taking a class that began before June 30, 2026 you need to access the old system known as SOAR.

New students accepted for the 2026 academic year will log in to the new system known as EXPERIENCE.

Existing students who wishes to register for courses or do something else related to the 2026 Academic year (anything that begins after June 30, 2026) will also use the new system known as EXPERIENCE.

SOAR will be discontinued in the fall of 2026. Everything will be done through Experience after that time. We appreciate your patience during this transition and appreciate that there may be some confusion. If you are unsure where you need to go to do something, please contact support@ucn.ca.
