Program Schedule
160 hrs. of practical equipment training experience on 6 pieces of heavy equipment. Equipment can vary and will include any combination of the following; Grader, Dozer, Rock Truck, Loader, Track Hoe, Skid Steer, Mini-Excavator, TLB
80 hrs. of in-class Heavy Equipment Operator theory including Safety Training (CSTS, TDG, WHMIS, Ground Disturbance, Standard First Aid) as well as Waskawimakanwa Mecimwaci Isihtwawina (WMI)

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Minimum Grade 9 reading, writing, and comprehension skills
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Committed to participating in all aspects of the training program
