Check Your Eligibility
To enroll, you must meet the following prerequisites:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (Stage F)
- Class 3A authorized Instruction/Learners Permit
- Authorized Air Brake Permit – “I” endorsement
- Valid medical record on file with Manitoba Public Insurance
Once all prerequisites are met, UCN will issue a conditional acceptance letter that can be provided to sponsors. Final acceptance is confirmed upon payment.

$ 2,500 no GST – per student
(Includes course materials only plus student pays for attempts at Manitoba Public Insurance road tests)
