Residence Information
Each apartment building has 19 apartment units (1-bedroom, 2-bedrooms, and
bachelor suite).
Shared laundry facilities ($) are located on the first floor, which includes two washing machines, and two dryers
All units have the following built into all units, with the
exception of the two bachelor suites:
- fridge
- stove
- dishwasher
Included in the cost of rent are
- Mailboxes are located by the front door.

Costs
Rent is based on a percentage of your monthly income. Parking is added to your base rent to give you a total for your monthly rent.
