The Retired Teachers’ Association of Manitoba (RTAM) Post-Secondary Program Bursary is open to all students who are enrolled full-time in any post-secondary program at University College of the North. Selection is based on acceptable academic performance (GPA of 2.5 or higher) and demonstrated financial need.
