Purchases are accepted by cash, cheque, Interac, Visa or MasterCard and purchase order. If you are a sponsored student, we will invoice your sponsor for your textbooks; however, the Bookstore requires an authorization to invoice form indicating all pertinent information prior to releasing textbooks. If you do not have a copy of your authorization to invoice form, check with the Enrollment Services department.

Return Policy
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Goods returned for refund or exchange must be in new, unmarked condition and accompanied with original sales receipt.
Debit, Mastercard & Visa purchases will be credited back to the same method as original payment generated.
All cash sale refunds are made by cheque and will be mailed to you 7-10 days following the return.
For purchases made by cheque, a refund cheque will be issued after the cheque has cleared the bank, approximately 10 days.
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE
On printed material, sale goods, special-ordered goods, supplies, earbuds, locks, equipment, campus kits, and purchases of $1 or less. Items enclosed in plastic wrappers cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
TIME LIMIT FOR RETURN 15 DAYS
*From date of purchase, date of course commencement, or date of course change.
*This does not apply to a book(s) purchased within two (2) weeks prior to the exam for which the book is required.
Defective products will be exchanged within the return period if applicable and approved by Bookstore Personnel. Manufacturer Warranty applies to calculators; the Bookstore may assist with shipping to the claim center when warranty applies.
