Keith Cooper Scholarship

The Keith Cooper Scholarship is available to young people who have been cared for by any of the four Manitoba Child and Family Services Authorities. Recipients may reapply for the scholarship for an additional three years so that a student might complete a four-year university, technical or vocational program. There is no age limit, but applicants must be pursuing their first degree or diploma.
