Program Schedule
Students will explore the history, risks and rewards, and benefits of efficient inventory management and its systems, as well as the types of inventories.
Students will understand the definition and laws surrounding demand, as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their purpose, and they will learn to effectively analyze supplier performance
Students will evaluate inventory planning and management, business rules and systems, and learn to describe consignment and batch tracking
Students will be able to explain implementation, execution, management, and evaluation of supply chain systems, as well as the change management process
Students will be able to describe functions to maintain and sustain systems, types of stock takings (periodic or continuous), metrics and evaluations of system performance, and approaches to inventory waste management.
