Introducing:Melissa Constant
Job Title: Student Recruitment Officer/Sponsor Liaison
Years with UCN:12

Melissa started her career with UCN in 2012 when she worked evenings and weekends as a Library Clerk. From there, she became a Learning Technology Facilitator and eventually found her calling as a Recruitment Officer. Melissa’s connection to UCN runs deep, having been both a proud student and now an enthusiastic staff member. “Education has always been my passion, and now I get to do it as my job.” She reflects. “Before becoming a recruiter, I was very shy and really didn’t like being in the public spotlight. Now, I can speak to 400 people at a women’s trade conference or one-on-one with anybody. I never thought I’d be doing these kinds of things,”

Melissa’s journey with UCN is a testament to her passion for education and personal growth. Melissa embodies the spirit of UCN, making it a vibrant place for everyone. “I was proud to be a student before I became an employee. There are days I think, “I am being paid to do this!” I love what I do, enjoy meeting prospective students and seeing new places.”

UCN, together we shine!

Education has always been my passion, and now I get to do it as my job.
