Class 3 Driver Training

The Class 3 Driver Training course prepares you to operate trucks with more than two axles or trucks with two axles towing vehicles over 4,540 kg. This course is ideal for those looking to enter careers as dump truck, cement truck, vacuum truck, sewer truck, or grain truck drivers. Gain the skills and knowledge needed to obtain your Class 3 license with air brake endorsement.

Check Your Eligibility

To enroll, you must meet the following prerequisites:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Hold a valid full Class 5 license (Stage F)

  • Possess a Class 3A authorized instruction/learner’s permit

  • Have an authorized Air Brake Permit (“I” endorsement)

  • Have a valid medical record on file with Manitoba Public Insurance

Once all prerequisites are met, UCN will issue a conditional acceptance letter that can be provided to sponsors. Final acceptance is confirmed upon payment.

Includes course materials and one attempt at the Manitoba Public Insurance road test
