Reporting to the Director of Training Solutions, the Continuing Education Registration Administrator delivers front line administrative and operational support for Continuing Education and Contract Training. The role serves as a primary point of contact for students, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring the efficient coordination of registration processes, accurate maintenance of student information systems, and delivery of responsive customer service.
• Certificate in Office/Business Administration; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Minimum of one-year related administrative or registration work experience in a client service environment
• Experience processing financial transactions and handling multiple payment methods.
• Experience using Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Knowledge of administrative and registration processes, records management practices and customer service standards
• Strong organizational, coordination and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and records administration
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build positive customer experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Commitment to life-long learning
• Experience using student information or registration management systems
• Knowledge of institutional policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements related to student information management.
