Program Overview

The Mature Student High School Diploma at University College of the North (UCN) offers adult learners a flexible and supportive way to complete their high school education. Through in-class sessions or independent study supported by instructors, students earn required high school credits at their own pace, opening doors to further education, training, and career opportunities. This program is designed for learners aged 19 and over who have been out of school for at least six months and are ready to take the next step.

Students who have not obtained a high school diploma may be able to obtain a Mature Student High School Diploma (MSHSD) at UCN. There are no tuition fees for the MSHSD
