Who is a UCN alum?
Anyone who has graduated or successfully completed one course or term in one of UCN’s credential or non-credentialled programs, including prior graduates of the former Keewatin Community College and Northern Manitoba Vocational Centre is a UCN alum.

The UCN Alumni Club is the best way to keep connected or reconnect. We provide opportunities for alumni to engage with fellow alumni and future graduates. In the coming months, we’ll be working on a plan to get more engaged with UCN alumni than ever.
Alumni Benefits
As a UCN Alumni Club member, you can access exclusive supports, services and discounted rates.
UCN Alumni Club members are permitted to sign out 15 books, 10 DVDs and two kits.
Alumni will have access to the Library webpage, which includes a number of valuable e-resources, including databases, periodicals and other e-material.
Through the Centre for Career & Work-Integrated Learning, Alumni will have access to:
- Professional Resume/Job Search/Career and Interview Coaching/Advising Services;
- Access to UCN’s Job Portal through Outcome Connect;
- FREE professional development opportunities;
- On-campus career events including networking opportunities with employers; and,
- Career Development resources and information.
- Network with past graduates
- Stay connected to classmates, Alumni and UCN
- Share stories and be featured in a number of UCN print materials (with permission)
- Connect with current faculty
- Stay connected to UCN
- Volunteer as a guest speaker or class mentor
- Attend UCN and UCN Alumni events.
Alumni Events
Alumni provide a great service to current students with something as simple as a handshake. Whether it’s a virtual meet and greet session or a one on one meeting to make a connection, alumni create a bridge from learning to careers.
