Alternatively, take our essential Project Management Essentials course and then pick and choose any other modules to develop targeted skills – no certificate commitment needed. Assessment options and recognition of prior learning are also available.
Courses are delivered in a variety of formats and schedules to suit working professionals, including half-day and evening offerings.

About the Course
This six-session course provides a hands-on journey through the entire project lifecycle. You'll learn how to build a full project plan and apply real tools and templates while working in teams. The content aligns with the PMBOK framework and emphasizes practical application over jargon. This course lasts 3 days and is offered in person in Thompson.
