First Aid with UCN

First Aid training gives you the skills and confidence to respond in an emergency. Whether you need certification for work, want to be prepared to help others, or are looking to upskill, our courses provide hands-on training in essential first aid techniques.

Course names may vary by provider, but the training remains the same. Emergency First Aid (also known as Basic First Aid) is a one-day course, and Standard First Aid (also called Intermediate First Aid) is a two-day course. Both include CPR and AED training.

Emergency or Basic First Aid (1 Day)

Learn how to respond effectively in an emergency, including CPR/AED use, choking, allergic reactions, heart attacks, strokes, and other critical situations.

Standard or Intermediate First Aid (2 Days)

A more in-depth course covering all Emergency First Aid topics, plus additional training on treating head, neck, and spinal injuries, wounds, fractures, and other medical emergencies.
