I am an ECE III with a BA in Developmental Studies with a focus on Administration in ECE. I am a member of the Manitoba Child Care Association and a member of the MCCA Ethics committee. For the MCCA Ethics committee I guide Ethic Workshops across Manitoba. I have also written a few articles for Bridges, MCCA's professional magazine. I have also been on the Norman Parent Child Collation Committee for a few years before it was disbanded by the provincial government.
